The KF CPTEC MultiCrimp is a versatile and consistent-quality crimping pliers with a long list of possible applications. The storage box includes 7 interchangeable inserts for a wide range of crimping needs, such as wire end ferrules (AWG 8-2 and AWG 20-8), non-insulated UT&OT terminals (AWG 20-8), insulated flat receptacles and JST connectors (AWG 20-10), shrink connectors (AWG 22-10), insulated nylon terminals (AWG 20-10), and MC4 connectors (AWG 14-8).

The jaws of the crimping pliers are made of a multi-alloy with high-temperature melting and punching technology, offering improved performance in terms of rust resistance, hardness, rigidity, and wear resistance. This one-tool-many-applications approach provides convenience, as the installer is equipped for all common crimping work with just a single pair of pliers and 7 interchangeable inserts, reducing the weight of the toolbox and eliminating the need for multiple tools.

Changing the crimping insert requires no tools, as the user can quickly swap them by simply pressing the pin. The crimping tool is also equipped with a ratchet mechanism, safety release, and adjustable crimping height for optimal results.
